"Throughout my sessions with Harry I felt heard, seen and cared for. Whilst I was new to hypnotherapy, Harry immediately educated me and I felt extremely comfortable in the process. We were able to address stubborn areas around anxiety, my fear of failure, perfectionism and people pleasing tendencies. I now have tools to carry forward to help manage these in the future. I'd recommend Harry to anyone wanting to effect real change with anxiety, self confidence and your inner critic"
”After 20+ years of smoking and several failed attempts at quitting I decided to try Hypnotherapy. I am amazed at how easy it has been with Harry's help. I am now a non-smoker!”
I appreciate everything that you have done to help my daughter to manage her anxiety, she really is a different kid!
"My son is much more confident about having injections, thanks so much for helping him"
“Thank you for helping me to be calm and focus on healing when I had upcoming major surgery. The surgeon, medical staff, friends and family were amazed at how quickly I recovered.”
"Harry has helped me to improve tremendously in my sport through greater concentration, real body-mind connection and increased stamina!"
I attended hypnotherapy with Harry initially to help me to break a habit I had developed, but our sessions became so invaluable, I started to see him regularly to help me overcome and deal with handling a very stressful situation in my life. I went from being a highly anxious and stressed individual to being a more calm and controlled person who is more empowered and assertive. His meditations and strategies in each session were highly effective and I totally recommend him to anyone needing support to handle stressful situations or to break troublesome habits. 5 out of 5 stars!!
As the u18 State Softball Team coach, I asked Harry to run a few sessions with the team. Harry suggested that we focus on Team Work (supporting each other and building each other up), Mindfulness (being in the moment and dealing with negative self-talk), Self Esteem (believing in themselves) and being able to be their best selves under pressure (dealing with stressful situations and coping with adversity).
The team really appreciated the sessions as they were able to apply the content to their softball as well as to other aspects of their lives

Hypnosis is a state of natural deep relaxation and concentration, helping you to use the power of your subconscious mind and your creative imagination to find new ways of healing, dealing with problems and altering unwanted patterns of thinking and behaviour
Hypnotherapy is the facilitation of a trance-like state of focus (hypnosis) by a trained hypnotherapist for therapeutic purposes. We utilise classical approaches such as Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Regression, Family Systems Therapy (Parts Therapy), Schema Therapy, Psychosynthesis and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) to name a few, and enhance the relevant techniques with hypnosis to maximise its efficacy. The same approach is used with Relationship Counselling and Life Coaching.
Positive results can be achieved in a few sessions, with additional sessions required for more complex issues. As each client is unique, we utilise a tailored approach with each client.
Hypnosis has been recognised by the medical profession as a useful and powerful complementary therapy from as early as 1955, when the British Medical Association issued a report stating that hypnosis is a valuable medical tool; in 1958 the American Medical Association recognised hypnosis as a valuable scientific modality and in 1962 the American Psychiatric Association recognised that hypnosis is a viable modality to treat some psychological problems.
